Daniel Goleman has been a strong influence on the field of emotional intelligence, and his works inform our structure and self-assessment for the programme. We also incorporate newer techniques from the likes of Steven Peters, Susan David and Mark Brackett. Techniques from mindfulness, ACT and CBT also appear in the programme.

Talking about emotions can be off-putting for a lot of people! Our goal is to make this topic accessible to all. Often the strongest dissenters at the start of the course become the biggest advocates. If you are concerned your people will be resistant to this topic, don’t worry, they are in good hands!
Holly Fenton
Your emotional intelligence trainer, Holly Fenton, brings a variety of experience to the course. As a facilitator and coach, she is used to working with individuals to support them to manage their emotional world and influence and motivate the people around them. She incorporates techniques from mindfulness and non-violent communication and brings her expertise as an Organisational Behaviour specialist to provide the wider business case and context for emotional intelligence in the workplace.

The duration of the training program varies depending on the specific needs and objectives of the participants. If you are looking for a comprehensive emotional intelligence programme we recommend three days for leaders and two days for individual contributors

We only provide training for companies who are looking to upskill their employees, at this time we do not offer training for individuals. If you are looking for emotional intelligence corporate training speak to us!

For emotional intelligence our recommendation is to run the programme in-person. If you are looking for a virtual solution, we can run some separate 90-minute workshops to support EQ development but for real transformation it needs to be in-person.
